Let’s talk about eye exams! At G is for Glasses, eye exams are thorough but hopefully never stressful. There is no pass or fail! We will check your vision, your focusing system, and your ocular health. The eyes can be the window into the rest of your overall health; it’s not just about do you need glasses or not. We use advanced imaging techniques from Zeiss including OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography – aka cross section scans of parts of your eye) and ultra-wide fundus photography (real nice photos of the back of your eye) to give us a detailed view inside your eyeballs. For added comfort we DO NOT use the air puff!! We will explain everything in a clear and simple terms so that you can leave feeling confident about your vision and eye health. Regular check-ups ensure your vision is optimal for daily activities like reading and driving, watching Olympics or spying.
