Most of the brands we carry come with a one or two year manufacturer warranty. This covers
defects from manufacturing.
If you have a suspected warranty claim please bring in the glasses to be inspected by our team
at G is for Glasses. If you have purchased the glasses online please email us at
hello@gisforglasses.com along with photos of the issues you are experiencing, we will get back
to you asap with solutions.
Warranties are void if the damage is caused by improper use or careless maintenance, regular
wear and tear, incorrectly following the care instructions, having anyone other than G is for
Glasses maintain the glasses, or if you have tried to fix them yourself before bringing them in to
be looked at.

Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in
writing to us within five business days of delivery. Once received, please inspect your items as
soon as possible and inform us of any issues as soon as possible so we can make a claim with
