Dear Winnipeg,

We feel it is our social responsibility to implement some drastic changes at G is for Glasses due to COVID-19.

Effective immediately, the OPTOMETRIC CLINIC IS CLOSED until further notice. All appointments for eye exams are being notified and will be rescheduled in order accordingly, once we know it will be safe to do so.

For the time being, we will have limited operations under the following limited hours:

TUESDAY: 3-7

WEDNESDAY: 9:30-1:30

THURSDAY: 3-7

FRIDAY: 9:30-1:30

SATURDAY: 10-2

During these limited hours, the door will remain locked. We are asking you to please email ([email protected]) or call (204-452-7737) to schedule an appointment to select or pick up glasses. We ask this as there will be a maximum of two customers allowed in the store at a given time. We will be asking if you have travelled internationally over the past 14 days, and if you have any signs or symptoms of illness before entering the building. If so, unfortunately other arrangements will need to be made as entry will not be permitted. We will also happily arrange direct delivery of glasses. Again, please call or email us to schedule. Adjustments and final fittings of eyewear will be limited for the time being as well, again on a scheduled basis.
